Liberty HSC Limited is an independent adult social work practice based in the East Midlands.
At Liberty, our focus is on providing an ethically priced social care service to adults living with a range of disabilities in need of health and social care support.
Our service includes; comprehensive assessment, advocacy, support planning, ongoing care management and review.
At Liberty, we understand that everyone’s needs are different and what’s right for one person isn’t always the right decision for another person. That is why our consultation service is free of charge.
As an ethical company our aim is to support people’s physical health and emotional wellbeing, by preventing social isolation and supporting access to health and social care services. If during the free consultation period, we are not the right people to support you, we will either signpost you to another organisation or with consent, make appropriate referrals on your behalf.

Will Tollington has a BSc (Hons) Psychology, MA/Diploma in Social Work and is a qualified Best interest Assessor. He has over 20 years’ experience working within the NHS, Adult Social Care and Charity Organisations in a variety of roles and working with a variety of different client groups including; Learning Disability, Mental Health, Dementia, Brain Injury, Physical Disability, Sensory Impairment and Substance Misuse.
Tamara Payne has a BA (Hons) Public Policy, MA/Diploma in Social Work. She is an Approved Mental Health Professional and a qualified Best Interest Assessor. She has worked in a number of sectors including Housing and Social Care for over 20 years with a number of different client groups including; Mental Health, Dementia, Learning Disability, Brain Injury, Physical Disability, Sensory Impairment and Substance Misuse.
